About me…

Mayfield NSW Psychologist. Picture of Claire

I have been described as friendly, open-minded, down to earth, sensitive, honest and practical.

I have always been curious about the world, interested in people, culture and our individual differences. I was raised in the country and love being surrounded by nature and animals. I have always had a passion for helping others, and trying to make the world a brighter place.

As a psychologist, my main goal is to create a calm and safe environment that fosters trust and a strong therapeutic alliance - which is a key predictor of success in any psychological intervention. I work closely with clients to create individual treatment plans that make sense to the individual and fits their goals, values and ideas.
