About me…

I have been described as friendly, open-minded, down to earth, sensitive, honest, pragmatic… and quirky.

I have always been curious about the world, and interested in people, culture and our individual differences. I was raised in the country and love being in nature, exploring and learning. I am excited to be combining my passion for psychology, movement and space to provide a mobile psychology service to some of the rural communities that may not have had access to this in the past.

In my work, my primary goal is always to create a calm and safe environment that fosters trust and a strong therapeutic alliance - which is a key predictor of success in any psychological intervention.
